About me

Erin O'Hair, NP-C, is a board-certified Adult & Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a background in both clinical and leadership roles. Erin began her healthcare career with six years of dedicated service in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), working in the surgical and trauma ICU at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center and the medical and neurology ICU at Virginia Hospital Center.

Erin pursued advanced training with a master's degree from the University of California, Irvine, and a doctorate from California State University, Fresno, after completing her undergraduate studies at Marymount University in Arlington, VA. She started her Nurse Practitioner career as a field NP at Caremore, where she eventually managed a team of advanced practice providers.

Currently, as the Senior Clinical Director at Pine Park Health, Erin oversees primary care providers, ensuring residents receive high-quality, personalized care. She is dedicated to holistic healthcare, emphasizing patient wellness and delivering care in the comfort and privacy of patients' homes.

Erin is passionate about preventing unnecessary emergency room visits and hospitalizations, which can impact the quality of life. She believes in individualized primary care, chronic disease management, and palliative care, with a strong emphasis on family communication and involvement.

In her free time, Erin enjoys gardening, baking, and camping with her husband and three children.
