April Alice Koehler, NP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to honoring and caring for older adults. She believes that medicine is a service, and that patients, especially older adults, should remain at the center of care.
Inspired by a mentor who emphasized the humanity of medicine, April approaches her work with reverence for each patient’s life story, history, and dignity. She values a holistic, person-first approach to care. seeing beyond lab results and vital signs to meet each patient’s physical, emotional, and social needs.
April earned her degree with a focus on adult and geriatric care and brings clinical experience in both primary care and chronic disease management. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and spending meaningful time with others.
