About me

I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio and both of my parents worked in healthcare. My father was a paramedic and my mother was a lab technician and their careers really influenced me to go into nursing.

My first role was in geriatric psychiatry where I fell in love with caring for people a generation older than me. I’ve been told I have an old soul and enjoy taking the time to sit and listen to the past experiences of my patients.

I used to play college football so outside of work I stay very active with various sports and exercise. I’m also a dad to three young boys who keep me happy and on my toes.

What their patients are saying:
“Edward was very good, asked all the right questions, and seemed caring. The fact that Pine Park Health will visit me in my room is extremely convenient.”
“Previous injuries and fractures have involved a painful wheelchair ride to urgent care for a painful X-ray. This time was different. Edward saw me on Tuesday, ordered a medication refill, and by the next day, I received an X-ray in my home, on my sofa. I had almost no pain. Then, Edward sent me the results, an explanation of the X-ray, and a referral to the orthopedic department at Stanford. What a difference! Edward has been on top of all my medical issues.”
"The on-site care is so great, communication is well done, and Ed is wonderful with my Mom."
