Christy Heiken, NP views her role as a nurse as a meaningful way to express and share care and kindness with others. She holds the philosophy that nursing is about meeting patients at their current state and assisting them in reaching their desired health outcomes. Recognizing that every patient carries a unique narrative, Christy places great emphasis on delivering compassionate and tailored care to each patient.
Having resided in Texas, Arizona, and Colorado, Christy made Arizona her home in 2005 upon completing her undergraduate degree in nursing. Among her cherished milestones are her 18-year marriage and the joy of being a mother to four children – three boys and a girl. Outside of work, she’s a passionate traveler with Switzerland as her most memorable destination.
